DUNE is an incredible, artistic science fiction film, adapted from the novel published in 1965, that follows the journey of a young boy, Paul, and his perilous journey across the barren sands that cover the planet of Arrakis. Paul Atreides’s voyage is accompanied by beautifully crafted camera shots, a dazzling array of blacks, greys, and oranges, contrast in each and every scene, and a heart pounding score created by Hans Zimmer.
